To celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Jiehua Holding launched its “Unite for the Double Festival, Jiehua Competes for Glory” National Day celebration event on September 28.

Breaking from the traditional single-player format, this competition required teams of three to complete all events in relay. Results were determined by each team’s cumulative time across all required events, and the team with the shortest total time won. The three events combined tests of strength with teamwork. In the two-handed push-up event, each participant had to complete 20 consecutive push-ups while keeping the body straight, demonstrating solid physical fitness. In the tire flip event, participants had to flip a heavy tire in the same direction over a set distance, with every push forward testing endurance and explosive power. In the final sandbag stacking event, team members had to carry six sandbags to a designated area, testing both physical strength and speed.

On the field, the teams worked together seamlessly and competed with determination, while cheers and applause from the sidelines rang out continuously, filling the venue with an atmosphere of unity and enthusiasm. Participating employees said that the three-person relay format brought them closer as they worked side by side, and that the sweat they shed helped them release the stress of daily work.

This National Day event not only enriched employees’ cultural life outside of work, but also strengthened coordination among departments and teams. It also encouraged everyone to turn the unity and competitive spirit shown on the field into practical, responsible effort in their own roles, so that they can welcome the National Day holiday in high spirits.
